Rob’s Meatballs
Prevent your screen from going dark
- 1 pound ground beef at least 20% fat preferred
- 1/2 pound ground veal
- 2 link Italian sweet sausage 1/4 pound each, casings removed
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned panko crumbs or use plain panko and add Italian seasoning
- 1 whole egg
- 1 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 jar Rao’s Marinara
Combine all ingredients and mix well with mixer or elbow grease. (potato masher works too)
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Form into 1” or 1 1/4” balls.
Cook in slow cooker for 1-2 hours in marinara sauce.
