An excellewnt dipping sauce for Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce Red Boat preferred
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice about 1/2 a Persian lime
  • 1 Thai chili sliced finely
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves minced

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and let sit for an hour or so for the flavors to meld
