Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup White vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 can Beef Consomme
  • 1 small Jar mustard
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix sugar, flour and salt. Melt butter. Add all ingredients with egg last. Cook in double boiler until thick and smooth. Serve hot.
