Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package raspberry jello 6 oz
  • 2 cans Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 tablespoon Knox unflavored gelatin dissolved in 3T water
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve Knox in warm water.
  • Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
  • Add Knox to Jello mix well to dissolve thoroughly.
  • Add cranberry sauce and mash it all with a potato masher.
  • Pour INTO the sour cream and mash some more with potato masher until well combined.
  • Stir in nuts.
  • Chill in oiled 2 qt. mold.
