Cranberry Bread

- 4 cups Flour
- 3 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Shortening
- 1 1/2 cup Orange juice
- Rind of 1/2 orange
- 2 cup Sugar
- 2 cup Cranberries
- 2 cup Pecans broken up
- Preheat oven 350° 
- Sift together first four dry ingredients. 
- Combine eggs, shortening, o.j., in blender. 
- Add orange rind and sugar to blender. 
- Add cranberries and chop. 
- Pour over flour until just moistened. 
- Stir in pecans. 
- Bake 50-60 mins.
