Garlic crushed

Anchovy fillets
Extra virgin olive oil

egg Coddled for 45 seconds

Lemon Juiced

Extra virgin olive oil

Good Balsamic vinegar

tablespoon
Parmesan Freshly Grated
Black pepper Freshly ground
Instructions
Mash garlic, anchovies with a little olive oil in a wooden bowl. Add egg and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix well. Add olive oil and mix well. Splash in Balsamic and and pepper and mix. Will dress about 2 heads of Romaine.
