Caesar Salad Dressing - Van Hale's

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 3 Anchovy fillets
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 egg Coddled for 45 seconds
  • 1/2 Lemon Juiced
  • 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Good Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan Freshly Grated
  • Black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Mash garlic, anchovies with a little olive oil in a wooden bowl. Add egg and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix well. Add olive oil and mix well. Splash in Balsamic and and pepper and mix. Will dress about 2 heads of Romaine.
