If using Food Processor and then Kitchenaid:Add the dry ingredients to the processor bowl. Pulse. Add wet ingredients on top and process until dough forms a ball. Then transfer contents to mixer with spiral dough hook. Mix on low speed with spiral dough hook for about 8 minutes. Flour the dough, wrap in plastic, and let rest 30 min to 5 hours at room temp.
