  • Sous vide water bath

Instructions

  • For breasts preheat to 150°F. Season with salt and pepper. Rosemary, thyme, garlic, butter, olive oil optional.
  • Cook breasts 1-4 hours. Thoroughly chill in ice water bath. Finish however you'd like.
  • For thighs preheat to 165℉. Season with salt and pepper. Rosemary, thyme, garlic, butter, olive oil optional.
  • Cook thighs 1-4 hours. Thoroughly chill in ice water bath. Finish however you'd like.
