An excellewnt dipping sauce for Vietnamese Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp fish sauce Red Boat preferred
- 1 Tbsp lime juice about 1/2 a Persian lime
- 1 Thai chili sliced finely
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves minced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and let sit for an hour or so for the flavors to meld
