Cranberry Salad
Prevent your screen from going dark
- 1 package raspberry jello 6 oz
- 2 cans Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 tablespoon Knox unflavored gelatin dissolved in 3T water
- 2 cups boiling water
- Dissolve Knox in warm water. 
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water. 
- Add Knox to Jello mix well to dissolve thoroughly. 
- Add cranberry sauce and mash it all with a potato masher. 
- Pour INTO the sour cream and mash some more with potato masher until well combined. 
- Stir in nuts. 
- Chill in oiled 2 qt. mold.
