Cranberry Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Flour
  • 3 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Shortening
  • 1 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • Rind of 1/2 orange
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup Cranberries
  • 2 cup Pecans broken up

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 350°
  • Sift together first four dry ingredients.
  • Combine eggs, shortening, o.j., in blender.
  • Add orange rind and sugar to blender.
  • Add cranberries and chop.
  • Pour over flour until just moistened.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Bake 50-60 mins.
