Cranberry Bread

- 4 cups Flour
- 3 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Shortening
- 1 1/2 cup Orange juice
- Rind of 1/2 orange
- 2 cup Sugar
- 2 cup Cranberries
- 2 cup Pecans broken up
Preheat oven 350°
Sift together first four dry ingredients.
Combine eggs, shortening, o.j., in blender.
Add orange rind and sugar to blender.
Add cranberries and chop.
Pour over flour until just moistened.
Stir in pecans.
Bake 50-60 mins.
