Caesar Salad
Caesar Salad Dressing – Van Hale’s
Ingredients
- 3 cloves Garlic crushed
- 3 Anchovy fillets
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 egg Coddled for 45 seconds
- 1/2 Lemon Juiced
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Good Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan Freshly Grated
- Black pepper Freshly ground
Instructions
- Mash garlic, anchovies with a little olive oil in a wooden bowl. Add egg and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix well. Add olive oil and mix well. Splash in Balsamic and and pepper and mix. Will dress about 2 heads of Romaine.
