Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup White vinegar
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 can Beef Consomme
- 1 small Jar mustard
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Mix sugar, flour and salt. Melt butter. Add all ingredients with egg last. Cook in double boiler until thick and smooth. Serve hot.
