Rob’s Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef at least 20% fat preferred
  • 1/2 pound ground veal
  • 2 link Italian sweet sausage 1/4 pound each, casings removed
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned panko crumbs or use plain panko and add Italian seasoning
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar Rao’s Marinara

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well with mixer or elbow grease. (potato masher works too)
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Form into 1” or 1 1/4” balls.
  • Cook in slow cooker for 1-2 hours in marinara sauce.
