Chuck’s Egg Nog
Egg Nog
A traditional family recipe passed down from my Grandfather’s Great Aunt.
Ingredients
- 12 large eggs separated
- 2 quarts milk
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 cups Bacardi light rum
- 2 cups Old Granddad bourbon
Instructions
- Beat yolks well.
- Add and beat sugar.
- Then add milk and cream and finally booze.
- Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry and fold in.
