Chuck’s Egg Nog

Egg Nog

A traditional family recipe passed down from my Grandfather’s Great Aunt.
Servings 12 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 12 large eggs separated
  • 2 quarts milk
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 2 cups Bacardi light rum
  • 2 cups Old Granddad bourbon

Instructions
 

  • Beat yolks well.
  • Add and beat sugar.
  • Then add milk and cream and finally booze.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry and fold in.
